Please email all purchase orders to meilani(at)gummygrip.com We prefer email over phone or fax so that we can reply very quickly about the order and ensure there are no mistakes.

After a P.O. has been sent:

We believe close communication is an important part of a successful business. We know how difficult it is to deal with a wholesale distributor that never communicates with you. When doing business with Gummy Grip, you will never have to wonder if we received your order, if your product was shipped out, etc. We confirm every order and notify you immediately of any problems.

Shipping:

All parts that are in stock in our facility ship the same day. UPS shows up at 4 and the post man at 12. We ship using the cheapest method possible unless noted on the P.O. Many brake pads can be shipped cheaper through USPS flat rate or rateA/B boxes. All parts that are in stock at the manufacturer will ship within 2 business days. Some parts may have to be ordered in which will take 1-7 business days to ship.

All items are shipped via UPS/Fedex/USPS only, including Canada .

All international orders are shipping out through the U.S. post office.

Once your order ships, you will receive an invoice through fax or email displaying tracking.
