After a P.O. has been sent:

We believe close communication is an important part of a successful business. We know how difficult it is to deal with a wholesale distributor that never communicates with you. When doing business with Gummy Grip, you will never have to wonder if we received your order, if your product was shipped out, etc. We confirm every order and notify you immediately of any problems.

All parts that are in stock will ship within 2 business days. Some parts may have to be ordered in which will take 1-7 business days to ship.

All items are shipped via UPS/Fedex only, including Canada . Sorry for the inconvenience, but we do not ship outside of Canada and U.S. territories.

Once your order ships, you will receive an invoice through fax displaying tracking.
